New style, "txtWarningRed", for warning text that is not in our fancy yellow-barred heading. Formatted the Add/Edit/Search page in the live database example with our styles. 	2003-May-02	Completed example content in Top Navigation Drop-Down Menu. Improved button typeface (black, not bold) Margin inside of tableBlueBorder style established by setting the style's Margin attribute to 5 and using another table inside.
	2003-Apr-30	CSS changes to support formatting of Top Navigation Drop-Down Menu: TD style removed (had specified left and right padding and top-alignment that made the menu look bad). Added trWhite to effect top-alignment for data rows. Changed a:visited.acontentlink to black so that visited content links blend into surrounding text better (they're still underlined). Eliminated font size specification from "a" style so that links in headings are same size as heading text.
